*First, I wanted to recap a few things I have been up to lately! Last week my Dad's company gave him a retirement party because he is retiring at the end of January. They had a luncheon at a restaurant in town and gave the whole company a half day so they could attend. It was nice that they also invited my mom, sister, and I. We had a really good time.

My Dad's boss spoke really highly of him and I know he will be missed. My dad cried during the presentation they were giving about him and then couldn't read the speech he prepared. My sister did it for him.... people think he is tough but he is really a softy inside! Haha

The food was great and I loved the cake! Creative and such a man cake!

That night after the party, my mom, sister, niece, and I headed into Boston to see the Rockette's Christmas Spectacular. I loved it! I loved all the lights, singing, and dancing. They even brought out two real camels for a Nativity scene!! We all decided we all wanted to be Rockette's. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend going to see the show!

*This past weekend my whole fam, E, and I went to Patriot's Place for the night, which is basically like an outdoor shopping center all around Gillette Stadium where the Patriots play. We wanted to eat/shop/see all of the Christmas Decorations! We started out at Bass Pro Shop... which is always fun to walk around! After that we had dinner at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grille. My favorite part was drinking beer out of mason jars! So fun... and so big!!

After dinner, the boys headed to the Patriot's museum and the girls did some Christmas shopping! It was a really fun night!

*I'm really excited that I only have 6 1/2 more school days until Christmas vacation!

*Are you done Christmas shopping yet?? I only have about 4 more presents to buy, so that isn't too bad!!

*Have you guys tried EBATES? I did a lot of online shopping this year and I am getting so much, what feels like 'free,' money back!! :) I am a sucker for deals.
